Tulalip Bay Chef/GM Jeremy Taisey's Thanksgiving Day specials include Slow Roasted Turkey Roulade with wild boar bacon and maple vinaigrette and Sage Cured Confit of Turkey Leg served with cranberry, Cointreau preserves, and crispy skin. Both dishes are served with homemade focaccia, hazelnut and porcini stuffing, sous vide endive with wild mushroom and butternut squash puree, and a pumpkin spiced marshmallow toadstool. For those looking for something other than Turkey, Chef Jeremy will also be preparing dishes from the regular menu.
To enjoy alongside this flavorful turkey dinner, Sommelier Tommy Thompson has selected a Duet of Wine Pairing for $18, which includes a 2012 Domaine Philippe Alliet, Chinon ‘Côteaux de Noiré' Cabernet Franc and a 2015 Domaine Huet, Vouvray Clos du Bourg Moelleux Première Trie from France's Loire Valley.
